  • I experienced panic attacks for many years when I was young. Panic doesn’t come by being afraid of everything. It is the panic attack itself that you are afraid of. I wasn’t afraid to fly, I was afraid of having a panic attack on the plane. It’s a cycle. Medication helped for a while in the beginning, but You have to go through the panic and come out the other side for you not to be afraid of them any more. The world becomes a new place and suddenly you can conquer the world. But it takes some time and practice to work through it.
